Two products, two kinds of rewards. In the FORGE app, your training climbs 70 levels and the tiers come with real rewards, things you hold. In the FORGE Ride game, the garage dresses your rider and your bike, and the whole garage is free for the launch.

Kits, helmets, shoes, glasses, frames and wheels, from common to legendary. The garage lives in the game: that’s where you dress your rider and your bike, and everyone on the road sees it.
All 42 pieces are unlocked for everyone, no sparks and no level needed. The prices and levels below are what each piece will be worth later.

Every XP earned anywhere (sessions, runs, meals, rides) is also a spark, and every badge adds a bonus. Your balance is simply what you earned minus what you spent. A ride typed in by hand earns neither. For the launch there’s nothing to spend: the whole garage is free, and your sparks keep adding up.
Starting pieces are free, the rest from level 2 to 3.
From level 3 to 7.
From level 8 to 12.
From level 15 to 20.
The app is the authority: the game asks to buy, the app checks your level and your balance, records the purchase and tells the game what you own.
Move the sliders: at the prices that will apply after the launch, how long until a rare piece, a legendary, or the whole garage?
XP deliberately rewards what compounds. Every XP is a spark. These are the real values in the app.

An indoor ride has no GPS track to check, so the source of the effort stands in for it. Outside, XP follows what the GPS track supports: a stretch in a car simply isn’t counted.
On the bike and off it. Each one adds 100 sparks to your balance, and most of them show up just from training.

Loss badges for fat-loss goals, gain badges for muscle-gain goals: nobody is congratulated for the opposite of what they asked for.
Level n takes 280 + 130·n XP, so each level costs a bit more than the last: the top is a real commitment, but reachable. From Copper up, every tier unlocks a physical reward. They come from your training in the FORGE app: they can’t be rushed, and they are never sold.

Level 61XP shown: the total needed to reach the tier’s first level. Each tier has five sub-ranks, I to V, two levels each. Durations are estimates for a regular week (3–4 sessions, meals logged, one or two rides).
Delivery details (regions, timelines) will be published at launch.
Physical rewards are real things in limited quantities, so every claim is read by a person before anything ships.
Open rewards show on your ranks page with your progress: a rank, a level, a badge, a week streak or sessions in the month.
With your account and a shipping address. One claim per person per reward, limited stock and a daily cap.
Account age, level and XP per day, sessions and sets, activities with GPS, and indoor time measured vs estimated vs typed in.
Nothing ships until the report is read and approved. You follow the status: requested, approved, shipped (with tracking) or refused.

The report flags what looks off for the person reviewing it. A flag is not an accusation, and no flag is not proof: it’s read, not automated.
