Your energy, measured
From your weight, height, age, sex and how active you are, the app estimates what you burn in a day, training included.
Pick a target weight and a date. FORGE works out your calories and your protein, builds your menu with real recipes, makes your grocery list, and every week it looks at your scale and adjusts. Like a coach, in your pocket.

“Lose 15 pounds by summer.” FORGE turns that into numbers you can live with, and tells you straight if the date is too ambitious.
From your weight, height, age, sex and how active you are, the app estimates what you burn in a day, training included.
Losing or gaining, it picks a weekly pace that keeps your muscle and your energy, and shows the date you will get there, week by week.
Your protein target comes from your weight and your goal, then carbs and fat fill the rest. The menu aims at both, not just the calories.
Your weight jumps around from one day to the next: water, salt, a late supper. The coach looks at the trend over several weeks, not at this morning.
Breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks, built every day to land on your calories and your protein, with portions adjusted to the gram.
Vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, keto, halal, gluten-free or lactose-free: your menu follows your choices.
Not in the mood? Swap it for another one that fits the same numbers, in one tap.
Skipped lunch, or had a slice of cake at work? Say so, and the rest of the day rebalances itself.
Everything for the week’s recipes, added up and grouped, to take to the store.
Not “chicken and rice”: the real recipe. Preheat the oven to 400 °F, 180 g of chicken, 2 teaspoons of oil, every step in order, and the quantities follow your portion.
Scan the barcode of a product, or search the Open Food Facts database (millions of products, from your grocery store too). The calories and macros come with it.
A long ride in the game, a run recorded by your watch: part of the calories you burn is added to the day, so a big day of training doesn’t leave you empty.
In the phone app, a notification for each meal with what’s on the menu. Each meal you log is worth XP toward your rank.
FORGE gives general nutrition guidance for healthy adults. It is not medical advice. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a history of eating disorders, talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat.
No. You choose: lose fat, gain muscle, keep your weight, or fuel your performance. The calories and protein follow the goal, and the coach adjusts in both directions.
No. The recipes give the quantities for your portion; a kitchen scale makes it more precise, but cups and spoons are written too.
Once a week at most, by small steps (200 calories at a time at most), from your weight trend over several weeks, and only after asking if you followed the menu.
No. It never goes below a safe minimum for you. If your weight stalls there, it suggests more movement rather than eating less.
Yes. Log it as an extra (barcode, search or your own numbers) and the rest of the day rebalances. One evening doesn’t break a plan.
Yes, through Health Connect on Android and Apple Health on iPhone: your weight, your workouts and the calories they burn come in on their own. You can also enter your weight by hand.
