New FORGE Run: the same roads, on your treadmill. Discover FORGE RideTwo products. One free account.
FORGE is a fitness platform made in Québec. An app that builds your workouts and your meals, a cycling and running game for your trainer or treadmill, and one rank that counts everything you do. Free, in French and English.
On your phone. It builds your training plan (gym, home, running, cycling), your menu for your goal, follows your outings and your watch, and adjusts everything as you go. Works offline.
The app in detailA 3D world for your indoor trainer or your treadmill. 51 real roads on 5 continents, the slope you feel in your legs, other riders online, events and structured workouts. On Windows or in the browser.
The game in detailA gym session, a meal logged, a run with your watch, a climb in the game: it all earns XP toward the same rank. Seven tiers, from Iron to Platinum, and real prizes you claim in the app.
Ranks and prizesYour goal (lose fat, build muscle, get stronger, endurance…), your level, how many days a week, how long, and where you train. No account needed to start.
Your sessions for the weeks ahead, each exercise with its demo, sets and target effort, and a menu with your calories and macros already worked out.
Follow your sessions, record your outings by GPS or with your watch, ride or run in the game. Tired one morning? The day’s session adjusts itself.
XP, badges, weekly streaks and tiers. Every week the plan and the menu follow your progress, your sleep and your scale.
Most fitness apps do one of these. FORGE puts the training, the food, the outings and the game together, and they talk to each other: a hard ride in the game adds food to tonight’s menu.
Gym, home with or without equipment, running, cycling. Missed a day? It moves the session instead of piling it up.
Sleep, soreness, stress: thirty seconds. A short night and the day’s session gets lighter before you even leave.
Each with its demo, its sets, its target effort and a “why this session”. Swap an exercise in one tap if a machine is taken.
A target weight and a date, a realistic pace, and calories adjusted every week from your scale’s trend, never below a safe floor.
The coachWritten like a cookbook: grams, oven temperature, every step, in French and English. The grocery list is made for you.
Ate something else? Scan the barcode or search millions of products (Open Food Facts) and the rest of the day rebalances itself.
Steps, sleep, heart rate, weight and workouts from Health Connect, Apple Health and Garmin. They earn XP and add to the day’s food.
GPS recording, GPX and TCX import from Strava or Garmin, a feed, friends, clubs and weekly challenges.
On 5 continents, traced from real maps and real relief: Montréal, the Alps, the deserts, the volcanoes, Asia, Mount Fuji.
On a smart trainer the resistance follows the road. Draft behind other riders and save up to 40% of your effort.
Smart trainers, power meters, speed and cadence sensors, heart-rate straps. No smart trainer? A speed or cadence sensor is enough to ride.
Compatible devicesEvery road has its room: you see the other riders on it, live, whether they are on the web or on Windows. Kudos and quick messages.
A group ride or a race every 30 minutes, by category A to D so you race people at your level. Timed segments with world boards.
Intervals with ERG mode (the trainer holds your watts), an FTP test to set your zones, and the target on screen at every step.
Kits, helmets, shoes, glasses, frames and wheels for your rider. Free for the launch.
The same roads on your treadmill: a connected treadmill or a footpod sets your pace, and the incline follows the hills.
FORGE RunAnswer a few questions and your plan is built on the spot: sessions, meals, weeks. Tired? It adapts the session. Busy? It moves it. Gym, running, cycling and food all count.
These are real screens from the app, taken today. Nothing staged.
Sleep, soreness, stress: thirty seconds. If the night was short, today’s plan adjusts before you even open the gym door. Your watch’s steps and sleep come in on their own.

Each exercise with its demo, its sets, its target effort. And a “why this session” so you know what the block is building.

Run, walk, hike, bike: the GPS records your outing with its splits and climb. Already on Strava or Garmin? Import the GPX or TCX file.

A meal plan sized to your goal, 30,167 recipes, the grocery list built for you. Check a meal off and the day’s numbers follow.

XP, streak, badges, tier. The whole day adds up, and the next real prize gets closer.

Not a digital trophy: things you wear and carry. Earned with work, never sold. You claim them in the app when you reach the tier.

Open it in your browser today and add it to your home screen. The Android app is ready and coming to Google Play. French and English, no account needed to start: your data stays on your phone.
A separate game, made for your smart trainer. The resistance follows the slope, drafting is real, and other riders are on the road with you, live. Your FORGE account follows you in.
Filmed in the game itself, nothing added: Montréal, the Alpe d’Huez, the Stelvio, Mount Fuji, the lava of Kona, the trolls’ ladder, Sakura Valley and Charlevoix.
A real capture of the game, on the Mount Royal Worlds circuit: your watts, the slope, the map and your place in the bunch.
You see the others, you pass them, you sit on their wheel. And you chat.
The same schedule for everyone, wherever you are.
Your watts move the bike. Tuck behind a rider and you save some.
Real roads, traced from real maps and real elevation: Trollstigen, Big Sur, Kona’s lava fields, the Great Ocean Road and more, each with its own scenery.
Race, group ride, discovery ride, time trial: everyone starts at the same time. Line up, or ride easy until the next one.

The slope climbs past 10%, and your trainer follows: the resistance changes with the road, in real time.
Drafting is real: tuck behind a rider and you save watts. Drop off, and you ride alone into the wind.
Morning, midday, evening, overcast or rain: pick the mood. Every segment has its board, its medals and your best to beat.
The arch, the medal, your time in the palmarès. And the XP lands in your FORGE account.
In FORGE Ride, the Alpe d’Huez is the real climb: 14 km from Bourg-d’Oisans (718 m) to the summit (1,850 m), 21 hairpins, 8.1% on average. The trainer’s resistance follows the slope, drafting is real, every segment has its board and medals, and the summit earns XP in your FORGE account.

Open it from the Ride tab of the app, on a computer, a tablet or a phone. Chrome or Edge on a computer for Bluetooth.
Play in the browser

Start with what you have. Every device you add makes the numbers more precise, and is worth a little more XP, but none of them is required.
That’s it. Any recent browser, or the Android app (coming to Google Play). A watch (Garmin, Apple Watch, any watch on Health Connect) and a scale are bonuses: they feed your steps, sleep, workouts and weight on their own.
Best: a Bluetooth smart trainer (FTMS, Tacx, Wahoo and others), so the slope changes the resistance. Basic trainer? A speed sensor on the wheel or a cadence sensor on the crank is enough. Plus a Windows 10/11 PC, or Chrome or Edge on a computer.
A connected treadmill (FTMS) gives your speed and follows the hills with its incline. Any treadmill works with a Bluetooth footpod on your shoe. A heart-rate strap or your watch, if you like.
No subscription, no credit card, no ads.
Yes. FORGE is the training app (plan, meals, runs, progress). FORGE Ride is the cycling game for your trainer. Use one, the other, or both: the same free account and the same XP follow you in both.
Yes. The app, the game and the prizes are free. For the opening, the whole garage of the game is free too.
For the real feel, yes: any Bluetooth trainer that speaks FTMS. A power meter or a speed/cadence sensor also works.
No. Gym, running, walking, mobility and food all count. The game is its own thing, not a requirement.
The app works in any browser today and installs on the home screen; the Android app is coming to Google Play. The game downloads on Windows PC or plays in the browser.
No, not to start: the app works right away and keeps everything on your phone. A free account (Google or email) backs up your training, lets you use several devices and ride online with others.
A real plan: a menu built for your goal, with recipes and a grocery list, and a coach that adjusts your calories every week from your weight trend toward a target weight and date. You can still log anything you eat, by barcode or search.
Yes. Everyone on the same road is in the same room, on the web or on Windows: you see each other ride, send kudos and quick messages, and join the same events. Riding online needs a free account.
Yes. When a new version is out, the home screen offers it: one click, the game closes, installs it and reopens. Your progress and settings stay.
Yes, in French and in English, the app, the game, the recipes and this site. FORGE is made in Québec.
